Terms & Conditions

I try to make this as simple as possible. Please read because these Terms & Conditions must be accepted before you pay.

  • Once you have an advert in The Chesterfield Magazine it runs until you say stop.
  • This contact must be through E-Mail Only to thechesterfieldmagazine@hotmail.com this way we are both protected with evidence of the instruction
  • A Confirmation E-mail will be sent back. Once again for both parties protection and confirmation of the instruction being received
  • Text message to 07783 934265 can be used. But E-mail is preferred. Always include who you are
  • Any changes pause or cancelation must be sent before the 20th of any month. If this date is missed the action requested will carry to the next Magazine edition
  • Payment MUST be made through the website using the “payment” page
  • Payment MUST be made between the 20th and the end of each month
  • From the 1st of each month, any money outstanding is overdue. A reminder will be sent over the next SEVEN days
  • On the Eighth day, we will start procedures to claim the money owed
  • At this point after the 8th of any month, any costs incurred to recover the outstanding debt will be 100% chargeable to you on top of the original debt
  • So for example, if you require a change to an advert on the 21st of any month it will still go into the next edition and the changes will go into the month after the next edition
  • This applies to pauses, cancelation or service upgrades or downgrades. The money will still be owed

 

  • Once you deal with The Chesterfield Magazine your very first transaction qualifies you to a second month FREE. This is ONLY on the very first transaction
  • Once paid we need to contact each other. You need to provide the following
  1. Which service you want which will be indicated through the payment
  2. A description of what advert you want
  3. Pictures if possible
  4. Offers your business may have
  5. As much information as you can provide. The interpretation and wording content is your responsibility
  6. As quick as possible. For some reason it is at this stage people become information paralyzed. We will contact you if you don’t contact us within 4 or five days
  7. The same applies for Gold service videos
  8. Videos must be requested after the first video is provided
  9. Gold service qualifies for one video per calendar month. Requests via E-mail
